I know it's been some time since I've last written but I have been a very busy woman. Juggling two businesses can take it's toll on anyone. All work and no play makes Honey a very tired lady. That is why for the past few months, I have been traveling to the Caribbean for a little Rest, Relaxation & "Fun". My time spent in Jamaica and Bermuda helped me to reevaluate myself. It's no lie, I have been reborn. In an effort to change, I revamped my look. Part of this rebirth includes new clothes, hair, attitude and diet. Yep, I said the dreaded four-letter word D-I-E-T!!! I've started exercising and eating better to shed some very unwanted pounds. I'm at the beginning so it's hard, I'm not going to lie. When you work like I do, it's easy to grab a burger instead of some grapes. It's about discipline...we all have it, it just needs to be exacted. I will keep everyone posted on my progress .
